Hope all you coffee drinkers are enjoying your yummy Marrakech Coffee.  Let us know if you would like to receive it on a regular basis and we can make sure we always have some ready for you.  We would hate you to run out!

 

Remember to keep it airtight and cool to maintain the freshness.

 

 

Also what a great idea for a Christmas present – our beautiful coffee and a plunger, especially for those ‘hard to buy for’ people.

 

Haven’t the mangoes been beautiful?  Hopefully the trays will be available next week, we will let you know.  They also make a great Christmas present!

 

At this time of the year it is easy to get into some bad eating habits so to get your 2 and 5 each day try:

  1. Banana on your cereal for breakfast
  2. Fruit with morning and afternoon tea
  3. Salad Sandwich for lunch
  4. Stir fry with onion, carrot, mushroom, capsicum, broccoli, zucchini and even sweet potato

 

Even if you only have 3 out of the 4, you should still get your 2 and 5.

 

Only four weeks to Christmas!
